As a member of the Joint Venture Program Management Support Services Team (Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport), was responsible for managing the design and renovation of 426,548 S.F. of a major airline's holdrooms and concourse corridors. The work, valued at $138million, included new metal ceilings, LED lighting. new PA System, new and expanded exterior glazing, wall finishes and holdroom seating with power outlets.Also managed the modernization of the Domestic Terminal, which included the erection of two 195' x 864' steel canopies covered with Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) pillows, and 1,700 LED lights per canopy. Project scope also included exterior facade improvements, renovation of fifteen entry vestibules, replacement of terminal roofing, installation of CCTV and PA Systems and various finishes to the ticketing and baggage claim areas. Total work scope valued at $278.2 million.Project management of the design and construction of a 72,000 S.F. two-level five-gate building extension, and 36,500 S.Y. associated apron pavement. Work scope included MEP, IT, Hot and Chill Water piping, exterior glazing, metal panel ceilings, tile flooring, millwork and wall finishes. Enabling work scope, required to prepared the building site, included the realignment of the Terminal Roadway,, demolition of a Fire Station and Airline Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Facilities, and the construction of a new 26,000 S.F. four-bay Fire Station and Airline GSE Facilities at a new location. Total work scope value is $269 million.

As the Implementation Manager and member of a Joint Venture Team, at Dallas-Forth Worth International Airport, was responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of a 1.0 million S.F. 26-Gate Terminal Facility renovation, and re-activation of the associated 150,000 S.F. 10-Gate Satellite Facility. Total project budget was $558 million.Project scope provided for the complete replacement of all building systems including MEP, VAC, fire protection, lighting, CCTV, IT Systems, vertical conveyance, new ceiling and exterior glazing, flooring and wall finishes, parking garage rehabilitation and baggage handling systems.Provided oversight of Design Consultants, Construction-Manage-at Risk, and in-house staff, in addition to coordinating the renovation phasing activities with business units and tenants.Responsible for making recommendations in scope modifications and/or to the change management approval process, in addition to reviewing and approving concurrence letters and pay requests.

Responsible for developing, leading, and monitoring office marketing programs, strategies, budget, goals and actions in cooperation with local and regional managers. Participation in client development, project pursuits, staff development, quality assurance and long-term client relations to achieve goals and objectives. Provided early identification of project opportunities, developed project teams, and managed the proposal development and subsequent presentations to clients.Client development included the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, including Public Works and Transportation Agencies.

Played a key role in increasing market share and expanding services beyond the firm's core business of environmental services. Additional offerings included Airport Planning and Design, Informational Management and Technology, Construction and Program Management. Was chosen to participate in the CEO's initiative to enhance the firm's business development activities in Urban Markets.Served as Technical Advisors on numerous projects for the firm nationally and as Project Director on others. Provided technical review for civil design of a 10,000 L.F. Runway Complex at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Served as Project Director for a solid waste resource recovery feasibility study for Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, which consisted of an energy market evaluation, waste stream analysis, preliminary siting of a solid waste facility on airport property and federal and state permitting.Project Director for a Geographical Information System Needs Assessment for the Detroit Wayne County Metro International Airport. Project included and assessment of airport departments and their geographic systems needs from utilities to fueling systems, lease management and emergency response systems.

Responsible for directing the operation and administration of all Public Works activities, including the successful integration of operations, functions and 400 employees of the Bureau of Pollution Control into DFW, along with the management of the associated $380 million Capital Improvement Program.Concurrently as Interim Water Department Head, successfully managed the reassignment and relocation of key personnel, resources and functions to improve the overall operations of the Water Department so that it could meet its statutory objectives.Also, served as Interim General Manager, responsible for managing the operations, administration and capital improvement program for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Supervised a staff of professionals in the production of preliminary and final design documents for a 10,000 L.F. Runway/Taxiway Complex, including two 1,000 L.F. extensions on either end of another Runway. Other projects included utility relocations, major combined sewer rehabilitations and installations, and design and value engineering studies on water and wastewater treatment facilities at various municipalities.Managed the design and construction of various support facilities including two-three level precast parking deck expansions (totaling 1.2 million S.F.), Fire Station expansion, Automated Guide-Way Transit Tunnel extension and Maintenance Base, surface parking and access roads.Maintained ultimate management responsibility for the firm's Mid-West and Southwest Regional offices and Aviation related projects. Also responsible for marketing and business development in the public and private sectors for the planning, design, and construction management of both small and larger institutional, environmental, and airport projects.,
