Responsible for International Sales & Sales in the Western United States.

Responsible for learning the functions of the Service Center in Las Vegas, NV and bringing that function to Dallas, TX where Armor Safe Technologies is headquartered.

• Taught all Winner’s Circle classes during the Grand Opening in Islandia, New York • Advised the I.T. Team during the development of a company-wide redemption system • Assisted in writing the corporate training material for the new redemption system and store model • Executed the initial implementation of the training program for the redemption system • Invited by the management of Store 18 to re-merchandise their retail departments and train their staff • Participated in periodic teleconferences with the leadership from each of the 32 stores

• Directed and developed a staff of as many as 33 employees in a high-volume retail department • Responsible for the weekly schedule – consistently held staff meetings and conducted training classes • Accountable for as much as $150,000 in inventory • Maintained the lowest turnover in the store – 67% of the department in 2004 were hired in 2001 • Enjoyed witnessing many members of the department develop and assume leadership positions throughout Dave & Buster’s Frisco and beyond

• Taught 20 classes per week to students of all ages and abilities • Organized and directed demonstrations at local schools and events • Conducted monthly examinations for all eligible students • Earned a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Youn Wah Ryu style Tae Kwon Do • Achieved 2nd place at Nationals in Black Belt Koshiki, Riverside, California, 1997
