Advise the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service concerning their management of National Wildlife Refuges and protected species in Alaska. Areas of focus include ESA Section 7 consultation, MMPA incidental take authorizations and enforcement actions, NEPA reviews, ANILCA access, APA rule making, and permitting of hunting guides, fishing guides, and air transporters in Refuges.
