I am a solutions manager for every one of my customers. I work collaboratively with clients to delve into their business, examine their priorities, and discover what programs can best support their initiatives. Through the whole process I take the reigns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction as well as evaluate the success of our vehicle solutions.The other core aspect of my job is in owning operations management. Running the day to day operations of a branch with 4 employees and 100 vehicles tests many different skills. I examine our operational finances to control for success and propose change that can improve performance. Fleet management is a core to ensuring our vehicles are always in top order. Every day is unique and it is unknown what I may come into when I walk in the door. Each moment creates unique challenges and forces even more unique solutions. As a Senior Account Manager I am responsible for keeping operations, sales, and process development consistently at the top of every employees focus.

As an Assistant Manager I managed every aspect of branch operations. Many of my responsibilities were just expanded on from the Senior Account Manager position, but I took more ownership for results and had more opportunity to affect change in the branch. Leading a team of 6 to run a business with 300 vehicles on rent and profiting over $250,000 per month was an eye opening opportunity that honed my skills in personnel management, operational analysis, and fleet management.One core deliverable was in regular process review and implementation to control for efficiency and productivity. With an ever changing daily situation and staffing, implementing programs to ensure proper communication, follow up, and evaluation was paramount to success in the branch. I am proud of the improvement my branch encountered and the success my top rated team was able to accomplish with me by their side.

I held this role twice in the company. The first was as I learned about truck rental and grew to become the Assistant Manager of the Clearwater, Florida location. After my promotion to Assistant Manager and two years in that role I decided to transition back closer to my roots and return to the midwest to continue my career closer to family. As is company policy I had to take a step back into the Senior Account Manager role to familiarize myself with the region before I can be promoted again into management.

As President I was charged with the responsibility to lead a diverse team of students, faculty, and staff to implement strong processes, reasonable allocation guidelines, and effective leadership to successfully allocate around $1 million annually to over 160 student organizations. One focus was on budget allocation and ensuring the fair and legal division of funds to student organizations which had requested operational expense assistance. This process needed to be effectively managed to account for legal limitations of allocation as well as varied communication methods to ensure proper dissemination of information to all interested parties.The second focus of the organization was process evaluation. We conducted a revision of our allocation procedures to ensure we were accounting for new obstacles and opportunities. The review led to a streamlined process that set up the organization to complete our entire allocation in twenty percent less time than years prior.

I was a creative associate first and a learner second. This internship gave me an opportunity to highlight my skills as an artist and account coordinator while creating a way for me to absorb information from top level executives in the marketing industry. I was responsible for creative planning, development, review, and presentation to clients. I handled all levels of this process and was trained cross departmentally to work collaboratively with both the creative and account sides of the agency. While working with both primary departments I was exposed to the workflow management and responsibilities for project accountability within an agency setting.
