I like to think of myself as a problem solver. I have over 15 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, Automotive service management, and business oriented I.T. solutions. That experience is the result of my attitude towards meeting problems head on and my natural talent for observing and understanding problems. I enjoy hands on work and take pleasure in understanding and streamlining operations both on small scales and large scales. In terms of small scale work, I consider myself to be a craftsman. I enjoy paying special attention to small details and approaching projects with care and real consideration for the visible craftsmanship of the final product. In larger scale projects and operations, I enjoy the challenges inherent in visualizing and understanding the interaction of so many dynamic variables particular to shop operations. In short, I feel very passionate about identifying needs and creating solutions to ultimately deliver high quality and efficient end-products and user experiences.
