My military training gives me the perfect opportunity to give back what I’ve learned in the Aircrew Flight Equipment career field. I have worked in the Survival Equipment/Aircrew Life Support (now Aircrew Flight Equipment) career fields my entire military career and obtained the skills and experience necessary to fulfill any AFE management, supervisor, technician or instructor role asked of me. Here are a few of my most recent accomplishments; As the Aircrew Flight Equipment non-commission officer-in-charge, I led a team of 10 technicians to ensure the F-22 Fighter transitioned into reaching Initial Operational Capability. As the lead 94th Operations Support Squadron Aircrew Flight Equipment technician, I ensured that all flight equipment was ready for 30 fighter pilots to support the fastest deployment of F-22 Raptors in history. The deployment was a huge success for the F-22 Fighter community and the USAF. 60 F-22 sorties were executed with zero delays due to Aircrew Flight Equipment.
