Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with nonqualified clients to ensure profitability for all stakeholders. Work with nonqualified field representatives, marketers and plan sponsors to enhance relationships and to ensure The Principal’s nonqualified team delivers accurate and timely retirement plan administrative services.

Posses a solid working knowledge of industry best practices and have the ablility to effectively supervise a team of 15 Account Managers who serve as the day-to-day point of contact for services issues related to BOLI and non-qualified benefit plans for 1,600 clients. Able to partner with peers and other internal departments in order to deliver a superior.

Responsible for reviewing qualified plan documents for existing and potential clients to ensure that these documents were in compliance with ERISA, PPA, EGTRRA, etc. Worked with the client and their counsel to resolve any document issues and to convert the client to Fidelity's document and servicing platform.

Served as the day-to-day point of contact for services issues related to COLI, mutual funds, and non-qualified benefit plans for 15 top tier clients.
