Recently, collaborated with a group of Birst Alumni sharing a common vision to elevate the delivery of insights to clients leveraging Infor's Business Intelligence Tool - Birst.

Currently engaged in the delivery of client-specific content- City of New Orleans, within the framework of Infor Pre-Built content as an integral component of FSM implementation. Conducted data discovery and analysis with external audit data sources, collaborating closely with the ERP implementation team. Contributed to the development and deployment of Financial reports based on historical format. Post-implementation activities will include the creation of Dashboards, coupled with user training and adaptation to business process changes.

Employed Microsoft OLAP as well as other BI technologies, and established extraction tools to conduct data mining of financial and business information. Performed data modeling, cube design, review and modification. Solutions include automated fee capture and billing, on line matter management, and industry leading real time forecasting, budgeting and analysis applications. Keystone's strategy follows an "Enterprise Application Integration" model.; Managed and supported the software and implementation projects for clients in three (3) different countries.

IT Manager of a regional office encompassing 120 network users.Responsibilities included desktop support, network support and strategic planning. Consistent and on-going maintenance of the regional section of the core application across the New Zealand Ernst & Young / Ernst Whinney Network. Managed a team of six (6). These included 3 internal support personnel and three external client facing software consultants.
