My highlight was leading the creation of the company's second product EXM from conception to launch.I was directly responsible for: • Market research, user interviews and ideation • UI/UX design, including user journey mapping, wireframes and low/high fidelity prototypes in Figma • Requirements scoping including user stories, acceptance criteria and creation of tasks in Azure DevOps • Product ownership working with the development team by leading sprints, assigning work and unblocking • Product Marketing including social media content, website content design and videos • Pricing model determination • Travelling to mine sites to implement the software including training personnel and troubleshooting issues • Running discovery, solutioning/demonstration and commercial sessions to make sales of the productAs well as the above, my responsibilities also increased to: • Assisting customer success as the main agent in the Zendesk support portal • Improvement of agile development processes including instituting sprints & release cadences • Attended several conferences as an exhibitor, and presented a short commercial speech to the delegates
