Quality Assurance
CurrentServe as Subject Matter Expert on in-plant and geographical quality surveillance plans, risk assessments, and quality management systems associated with implementation, contract administration, and overall operation of the Agency’s quality assurance functions. Oversee in-plant and geographic surveillance of government quality assurance processes and programs, including evaluating government and contractors’ conformance to contractual quality requirements, identifying systemic process deficiencies, and recommending solutions. Assess the adequacy of government and contractor auditing principles, statistical techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure consistent conformity and compliance with policy and contractual requirements. Monitor and evaluate data from field organizations to determine effectiveness of process controls. Identify process improvements through analysis of process measurement data. Draft and propose policies, procedures, and requirements, and translate policies and directives into use. Brief senior leaders and colleagues on complex cases and significant issues, providing technical guidance and advice. Develop, organize and conduct training for new employees and provide refresher training as needed.
