Specifying and implementing the requirements for the A350 XWB High pressure Fuel System rig. Liaising with Airbus, Rolls Royce and component providers to simulate engine fuel feed on a full scale fuel test rig including:Project Engineering:Aircraft system evaluation;System specification/definition;Verification and Validation;Systems commissioning;HAZOP;Supply contract management;Project Management.

Senior Systems Engineer in Air Vehicle Systems and Safety Engineering involving project management, system test and evaluation, solution recommendations and generating and presenting Risk Based Reports.• Lead Engineer on Air Vehicle Systems managing teams from core and remote sites;• Working with OEM and customer to provide the identified solution;• Project/ Budget /Resource management;• Verification and Validation of aircraft systems against appropriate standards;• Production of Safety Case Report in accordance with Def Stan 00-56 ( GSN, Checklists SWIFT);• Conduct of Zonal Hazard Analysis, Hazard Identification Analysis in accordance with Def Stan 00 - 56;• Conduct of Preliminary Hazard Analysis/Identification, Risk Assessment;• Subject Matter Expert for Ageing Aircraft and analysis against JSP 553 and JAP100A-01.

• Team leader leading 40 tradesmen, delegating tasks for the day to day squadron operations;• Training Facilitator of C-130J Propulsion Systems using Systematic Approach to Training;• Engineering Maintenance Planning;• Propulsion Systems Team Leader (supervising, inspecting, quality control and adherence to governance);• Propulsion Systems Specialist: Lubrication, Fuel, Pneumatic, Fire Suppressant Systems including associated Electrical and Electronic Controlling Systems;• In-depth system analysis and investigation of: Hydraulics, Landing Gear, Pneumatics, Air Conditioning, Oxygen, Electrical Actuation and Power Generation, Flight Control Systems and Aircraft Structures;• Undertaking fault diagnosis, replacement, modification and corrective maintenance on propulsion and airframe equipment and systems listed above;• Setting up, functional testing, and adjusting airframe and propulsion mechanical and Electrical/Electronic components and systems using specialist test equipment to optimise performance;• Use of maintenance computers, dye penetrates NDT techniques, utilization of specialist test equipment for setting engine parameters, vibration, borescope and optical pyrometers and engine testing.
