As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Dalton Capital, I am responsible for leading the global commercial strategy for two portfolio companies; FocusPoint International and ISB Global Services. My primary focuses are the development of strategic partnerships, new product development and managing the global IT team with an aim of generating revenue and ensuring the overall success of the businesses.Recently, FocusPoint International has launched the Overwatch & Rescue product, an Emergency Response as a Service (EraaS) catering to the emerging satellite emergency notification market (SEND). The SEND market involves the use of satellite technology for rapid and efficient communication during emergencies through handheld devices and new in 2023, cell phones. FocusPoint has recently launched its Overwatch & Rescue program with market leaders including Globalstar and Bullitt. FocusPoint's partnerships include satellite operators, OEM device manufacturers, cell phone and mobility carriers.At ISB Global Services our focus is on two primary product offerings: claims technology (insurtech) supporting the P&C insurance industry and background screening / compliance technology (SaaS) supporting the corporate, home improvement, ride share and transportation industries. In 2023, ISB Global Services successfully launched two new technology products. The first is an AI based adjudication platform containing hundreds of configurable rules being used to make intelligent, consistent and automated decisions in the Rideshare and Commercial Insurance industries. The second product launched was an "end to end" SaaS based Compliance platform. The platform provides integrated background checks, automated rules engine, digital QR Code badging and managed requalification. While industry agnostic, ISB Global Service's compliance product is being widely adopted in the home improvement, big box retail, amateur safe sports and gig economy sectors.

ISB also provides a full suite of employee background screening services to many of North America's leading corporations.

Restructured the company into two primary businesses and aligned functional areas to provide enterprise value driving improved customer satisfaction and improved financial performance.

Chosen to lead the turnaround of CWT Canada’s declining retail travel business encompassing 30 retail locations and 150 employees. Developed and executed a three year business plan to improve employee morale, attract top talent, define “go to market” strategy, increase top-line sales growth, improve EBITDA contribution, repair key supplier and client relationships.
