Previously worked in temporary role in the debt advisory team at AMP Capital advising on debt financing across the infrastructure sector.Previously 11 years as an executive director in the IFM Investor infrastructure team in Melbourne, including four years in New York setting up IFM's operations there. Role included: origination, bid management and execution of infrastructure equity investments; arranging of debt finance for acquisitions; board directorships (Essential Power, Colonial Pipeline, Brisbane Airport); implementation and management of the global relationship program; primary relationship contact for commercial banking relationships. Prior to that: PwC (energy and infrastructure M&A and corporate finance); Westpac (relationship management and infrastructure equity investment); Citi (energy and infrastructure investment banking); Merrill Lynch (energy and infrastructure investment banking); and KPMG (corporate finance and audit). Qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
