Leading and managing teams ranging from 2-20 people, in various divisions within the WrightGroup, including people working in remote locations and with varying job roles. This has been in both an NPI environment and for production planning.Manager for the FirstGroup VIP project chaired by Mark Munday of FirstGroup representing the WrightGroup for 3 years.I have 20 years in engineering design.I have designed and developed every section of the PSV, from the chassis and exterior body (Primary) structure, interior trim and vehicle systems to the chassis and driveline. I was responsible for NPI of multiple vehicle projects, the delivery of the current chassis designs, build and production contracts in the Wright En Drive facility.This is done in line with the goals and vision of the company to meet the strict and tight deadlines required.
