Position: Systems EngineerPrimarily worked on the System Design team and Led the System Test and Integration team on the Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW) program. SRW provides voice and data communications in a Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET)• Led several SRW system design efforts including Power Management and RF/Modem interface • Participated in additional system design efforts including Adaptive Transmission Protocol, Network Timing Protocol, DSP/Slot Timing, Neighbor Discover and Call Pre-emption• Performed the role of Lead System Engineer and Lead System Test Engineer for the effort to port SRW to the HMS platform • Led the SRW system test team through several government-witnessed system verification events, which completed on time and within budget• Provided status to the customer on a weekly basis and worked with the customer on identifying Risks and created burn down plans for Risk Reduction • Generated Software Test Plans, Software Test Procedures and documented results in the Software Test Report• Led the design of the Network Automated Test Suite (NATS), which was used for all by all the systems test teams at ITT Exelis• Recorded issues discovered during integration test and participated on the Change Control Board that decided how the issue would be resolved• Participated and presented at several design reviews over the course of the SRW program
