Duties and Responsibilities: * Daily processing of technology invoices * Compliance audit of technology invoices * Review payables processed through internal systems * Perform complex invoice analysis to identify errors, discrepancies and opportunities for savings including contract rate violations, audit and business rule violations and optimizations * Track and report realized savings externally and internally * Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity * Present escalation issues, status reports and findings internally and externally * Research exceptions, anomalies and past due balances on invoices * Track disputes to resolution with vendors * Make corrections to technology invoices based on specific client policy * Assist in maintaining a telecom inventory database and reconcile telecom inventory to invoices * Have a basic understanding of technology pricing, contracts and tariffs. * Validate that invoice charges equal contract rates * Perform invoice reviews and present summary reports during regular meetings * Prepare and present monthly customer reports

Directly manage 30 - 45 non-exempt employees and 1 exempt employee in a supervisory role, involved in processing returns, processing back to stock, loading trucks, picking and packing of customer orders. Mange daily shipping of customer orders via small package delivery services, LTL truck lines and truck load truck lines. Work with different WMS, Inventory management and Shipping manifest systems on a daily basis. Established second shift in a new warehouse for replenishment and back to stock functions.
