Responsible for all of our East Division Pricing Operations. A partner to all of our General Managers in the East Division. Responsible for managing large teams, executing against city and divisional level performance metrics, problem solving within the division or individual markets, etc. As part of our National Pricing Ops team, DRI on several company wide initiatives/projects mostly revolving around policy and process. Additionally, work very closely with our Product and Engineering teams to improve tooling for our pricing teams.

Manage both Pricing Associates and Portfolio Managers in the Atlanta office. We are responsible for sending offers, underwriting the assets, and successfully managing the inventory of homes in our Atlanta operation. This role includes strategic thinking to ensure the ATL market is performing as whole, and project management to ensure our operation is always innovating. Work very closely with the General Manager, and is relied upon to ensure day to day operations are running smoothly.

Managing the team and day to day operations of the largest pricing ops team at Opendoor. We are responsible for pricing the asset at offer, completing all underwriting, setting the market price at resale, and managing all assets from once they hit the market until they close.

The Valuation team at Opendoor is responsible for analyzing & underwriting all acquisition prospects submitted to the company. Personally responsible for determining the fair market value of a property and submitting on average over 30 offers to purchase homes across the market a day. Duties also extend to the resale side; responsible for determining list prices, inventory price management, and working closely with other teams within Opendoor to move our product as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Joined H&R Acquisitions/2020 REI in May of 2015, and is now running all Acquisition leads that come in. Is responsible for evaluation of every property in the Acquisitions Pipeline, and analysis of each deal including determining the After Repair Value & Rehab Estimate. Other responsibilities include handling relationships with perspective sellers, submitting valid offers on several properties each week, and handling contract negotiations on each potential Acquisition for the company.

In charge of running day-to-day operations purchasing real estate for institutional clients who have a significant share of the market. Was top producer over 3 brokerage firms buying for current client before being named Director of Acquisitions for George Jones. Michael overlooks all deals being pursued or under contract for team of 10 agents, who on average are closing on 40-45 homes a month. Reviews and confirms final underwriting on each deal being put under contract, and is responsible for training new agents who are hired while firm is expanding.
