Managed and conducted fisheries research in the US Great Lakes and connecting waters, evaluating impacts of development and commercial navigation on the fisheries resources and associated ecosystems

Provide environmental oversight to permit applications for development within COE district.Assessed major construction and infrastructure, including barge terminals, power plants, and interstate pipeline rights-of-way.Assisted in coordination of one-stop permitting, providing a gateway for review and approval of multiple agency permits through a single point of entry.
