Redesigned the HAZOP program to align it with the requirements of the business and regulatory requirements. Leading and organizing the action items into the new tracking system. Performing a new HAZOP for 32 PSM covered processes in an 18 month time frame to bring them into alignment with the PSM program. Providing structure and guidance for the PSM program where it did not exist. Lead for any additional hazards reviews as needed for ongoing changes to the process units. De-registered the business from the RMP program.
