I started developing my skills at Southbank Institute of Technology (now TAFE Queensland) in Brisbane.SBIT was an established Cisco Academy that had a very strong reputation for practical and high quality education. Core skills taught included Cisco Networking along with Windows Server Administration. During my time at SBIT, I completed a Certificate IV and Diploma of Information Technology (Networking) before moving onto Queensland University of Technology (QUT).Much like SBIT, Queensland University of Technology holds a very good reputation for quality education. Whilst completing my Bachelor of Information Technology (Networking), I developed advanced skills in Windows/Linux Administration, Server Security, Cryptography and Wireless Networking. QUT introduced me to advanced IT concepts that are apparent in the modern workforce.Whilst commencing my education at QUT, I also made my debut into the professional workforce by accepting a Systems Engineer position at Netaware IT Solutions in 2012. Netaware was where I started rapidly advancing my skills and gaining experience. After working at Netaware for almost 4 years I had developed advanced skills in Server Administration and Troubleshooting along with Customer Support. I departed from Netaware to seek further experience, however they were an exceptional foundation to my career. My time at Precision IT was short, but full of experience and learning. Precision IT is a very professional and experienced team that is full of talent.I am currently a 3rd Level Engineer at soma technology group. My core responsibilities include Customer Projects (system deployment, management etc...) as well as Escalated Customer Support. Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Palo Alto, Telstra TIPT, Cisco Networking, Hypervisor platforms and more are the core systems I support in the day-to-day.
Listed skills include Help Desk Support, Android, System Administration, Network Administration, and 36 others.
