* Project to promote and inform the community of the Sewage Onsite Support Cleanup Program, which provides complimentary cleaning and disinfection services to Baltimore City residential customers impacted by sewage damage caused by wet-weather events. This project also prioritizes the elimination of Sanitary Sewer Overflow structures, addressing building backups, and investigating Sanitary Discharges of Unknown Origin.* Coordinate with DPW/MCD team in developing and updating various technical documents, workflow charts, reports, and SOPs, as required.* Attend public community meetings as required.* Assist with public outreach campaign efforts, such as the development of outreach strategies and the purchasing of giveaway materials for public events.

* Each year, the U.S. EPA requires water systems to issue a Water Quality Report detailing water quality for the previous year. This report informs water customers where the City's drinking water comes from, how the water is treated, what chemicals it contains, and how it meets federal standards for tap water. * Regularly updated report draft with content provided by SMEs. * Assisted with the creation and incorporation of various graphics and visual aids throughout the report. * Attended a water treatment facility walkthrough to learn more about Baltimore City's water treatment process. * Project focusing on the replacement of the aging existing Amtrak B&P Tunnel that connects Baltimore Penn Station and West Baltimore MARC Station along Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. * Project focusing on the community, environmental, and health impacts of noise pollution and the efforts to mitigate BWI aircraft noise affecting surrounding communities. * Attend monthly on-site Roundtable meetings. * Record a detailed account of meeting minutes and submit to HMMH for review and final submission.

* Project focusing on the replacement and relocation of aging BGE infrastructure, as well as the installation of pressure regulators from the interiors of buildings to the exteriors.* Responsible for collaborating with the planning and project management teams to create public outreach materials, such as general information documents, frequently asked questions sheets, and other technical documents in support of the project.* Attend public community meetings as required.
