Michael has attended Champlain College a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (NCAE-C) by the National Security Agency (NSA).Michael learned secure administration of computing systems and penetration testing methodologies. Michael is interested in information security and learning how to protect computer systems from the most dangerous attacks to corporations today. Michael has worked as a Linux system admin for the Advanced Computing Operations group at the National Rewnewable Energy laboratory. Michael has also worked on the SOC team at NREL where he detected and mitigated attacks on secure government systems. Currently Michael is interested in working on proactive security measures including zero trust architecture.
