Recruiter
Current- Interview candidates over the phone and in person, conduct reference and background checks, select candidates in consultation with hiring managers, negotiate salary offers and finalize start dates
- Act as main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process with the goal of leaving candidates with a positive impression of the interview experience at B&H
- Review new job openings with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of each department’s needs and expectations
- Strategically source resumes through social media, company job page and external resume databases
- Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for positions that frequently need to be filled
