Brought on board to integrate and extend the iVantage product originally developed at Spectrum HR Systems with payroll, TLM and other components to offer a unique, end-to-end HCM solution for both browser-based and mobile app platforms. Working manager for distributed development team performing a mix of hands-on development, team mentoring, and design in a Scrum environment. I coordinate closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, particularly product management to translate business requirements into functional software and ensure that the development team has the knowledge, tools, and processes to be successful.

In Dec, 2010, SPECTRUM HR Systems was acquired by Epicor Software. This acquisition allows Epicor to offer the iVantage product as an integral part of the product line. Worked on bi-directional integration of iVantage with the Epicor 9 platform.

• Manager of development team and chief architect for total conversion of SPECTRUM’s iVantage HRMS product from classic ASP to C# ASP.NET.• Worked with contract team in India for initial development effort before project was brought in-house for completion and ongoing maintenance.• Selected and implemented third-party JavaScript library in combination with ASP.NET AJAX to provide rich user interface and responsive user experience.• Designed mechanism for dynamic generation of NHibernate classes and Microsoft Reporting Services model based on database structure and user security.• Worked with internal and external stakeholders to capture requirements and determine appropriate solutions.

• Designed and implemented application framework in Microsoft Visual C for configuration-based customization of applications, resulting in improved time-to-delivery.
