My development of Strategic Relationships/Partnerships and Alliances has impacted the company greatly. Involvement in multiple organizations and "advanced networking" has let more people and businesses know about "The Jan-Pro/Richter Family Story" than was ever known. Proudly told people about the Non-Profit 501c(3) they created- Elevate 1Life.org to give franchises away to the underserved, unemployed, people in various segments of the population such as Veterans, "people of color", worked thru the Hispanic and Black Chambers- the Suazo Business Center, The Mill at SLCC and VBRC (Veteran's Business Resource Center) with the GOAL of "Giving someone a Hand-Up, not a Hand OUT! Was instrumental in "Opening-Up" the Southern Utah Market and introduce a plethora of people to what and who comprised Jan-Pro and what a "True Professional Cleaning and Disinfecting" Company could do to augment their businesses and bring "Peace of Mind" to their employees and guests entering their facilities. This is a "burgeoning market" and will prove to be very beneficial to the future of the company. Involved in the SL Chamber, IFMA-(The Int'l. Facilities Management Assn.) AGC (Associated General Contractors), The South Valley Chamber and created The Executive Networking Group. I am "The" consummate connector and love to help Solve People's Problems.

My job was to find companies that were moving and facilitate introductions and most importantly to create Strategic Partnerships & Relationships to handle their moving needs and also solve their problems by utilizing my vast, active and impressive network throughout the community. Moved them into the #2 Corp./Commercial mover spot in the State; and brought in excess of $3+ Million Dollars in "top line revenue" to them. Proudly put Mergenthaler T & S "on the map"; created top of mind awareness and brand recognition. The role was helping Corporate and Commercial Businesses to move from location to location and also to facilitate any and all moving needs; be it internal or external. Mergenthaler has been in business since 1933 and our reputation for professionalism and for "exceeding customer's expectations" proceeds us. Very proud to have been affiliated with such a great company! It was a great place to work and a super ride for sure!

Planned meetings and various functions. Networked thru the SL Chamber and other organizations to inform people about the hotel and all it's wonderful offerings. Trained Directors of Sales in various markets on best practices to do their jobs. Taught them how to make powerful sales calls and garner more business by training them on relationship building.
