I majored in Management Information Systems at the University of Central Arkansas in May 2022 and now work full time at Leadership Circle.I enjoy working with data and have the opportunity to spend most of my time in databases and performing secondary analyses on primarily leadership development data. I am more familiar with quantitative data and the ETL process than with qualitative data and NLP.At Leadership Circle, I work in Research and Assessment (R&A) to produce one-off research projects (e.g. 'Women in Tech', and 'Gender Differences in Asia Pacific'); reports that require various secondary analyses (usually in database transformation, SPSS, and Excel); and interface business requirements from my boss, who runs the division, to engineering (and IT/Web Dev) to develop new products which we at Leadership Circle hope will transform the leadership development community, and to quote our mission statement "toawaken us all to our inherent unity".Being able to technically interface with a database through SQL, complete ETL in Excel, SPSS, Tableau, Prep Builder, etc., and then connect data to psychology and leadership development is an endeavor I find meaningful.My favorite hobby is training in and teaching martial arts. I have trained since 2013 and I find great joy in perfecting technique and teaching students to become leaders and effective practitioners. This organization helped shaped my teenage years and I still train with my sisters.Inside and outside of work and academia, I value and enjoy critical thinking, functionality, conscious conscientiousness, and playing devil's advocate.Carpe Diem.
