As a Supervisor for Virtually Basic LLC I had the opportunity to gain a lot of experience and relationships with a wide range of individuals due to Federal contracts awarded to the Company. Virtually Basic LLC had Hazardous Waste Disposal Federal contracts with Veteran Administration Hospitals. Providing services to more than 9 facilities in Southern California. I had the responsibility in ensuring all hospital’s ranging from Long Beach to San Diego were serviced daily. I created weekly schedules, assigned Field employees to specific site locations, ensured safety and hazardous waste training was up to date, worked with hospital staff to ensure VA employees were up to date on proper disposal of needles and other sorts of pharmaceutical waste. I would do audits on packaged waste to ensure proper separation before scheduled incineration pick-ups. I filed disposal documents weekly to ensure the company stayed in Waste Disposal compliance. In addition, I supervised warehouse employees, ensuring containers were cleaned and ready for the field employees the next day. Furthermore, I managed the vehicle fleet program. Certifying vehicle maintenance was timely, and mileage was recorded daily. I also tracked field employees on their hospital routes throughout the day ensuring they would return at their projected return times. When short staffed, I would help the field employee on their Hospital Route or send another field employee to assist
