CurrentMichael Shover joined CBRE in 2015 as Senior Vice President. Along with his team, Michael specializes on the sales of single-tenant net-leased properties as well as multi-tenant retail shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic region and throughout the country when called upon by his clients. At year-end 2016, Michael ranked in the top 20 producers in the Country for retail investment sales at CBRE, and top 10 among all producers in the Philadelphia Region. He also received a 2016 CoStar Power Broker Award as a Top Sales Broker in the Philadelphia market. Throughout his career in real estate, Michael has participated in over 560 transactions equaling more than $1.9 billion dollars of commercial real estate. Prior to CBRE, Michael began his career as in Investment Broker in June of 2008 with Marcus & Millichap and quickly moving on to become a sales agent in early 2009. He was promoted several times throughout his time with the firm ultimately achieving Associate Vice President Investments status in August 2014. Michael was awarded the 2012 and the 2014 National Achievement Award and received the Sales Recognition Award in 2013—both awards recognizing the highest producing agents within the firm. In 2012, Michael was ranked within the top 30 agents in the Net Lease Properties Group. Since joining CBRE, Michael has continued to perform at a top agent level closing 225 deals in 2015 and 2016, totaling more than $738 million dollars of commercial real estate.Michael is a graduate of Bucknell University where he received a BA in Business Administration. He was a member of the Bucknell Football team and earned three varsity letters during his college career.
