- Responsible for over 150 EDI connections with major retailers across multiple divisions- Manage a team of direct report EDI analysts and consultants to resolve errors and discrepancies, maintain data integrity and operational efficiency- Onboard and maintain major retail EDI accounts, ensuring seamless integration of EDI processes- Manage EDI migration initiatives from legacy ERP/EDI systems to single ERP/EDI solution- Serve as point of escalation for EDI-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions to internal and external stakeholders- Regularly meet and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, logistics, and customer service, to design, test, implement andsupport EDI initiatives- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with EDI standards and trading partner requirements- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with retail partners, and 3rd party providers such as SPS Commerce, Commerce Hub, True Commerce, Wipro and other EDI service providers- Lead in the development and implementation of EDI policies, procedures, and best practices within the organization- Provide guidance, assistance and mentorship to non-senior level analysts- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes related to EDI, and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations

- Responsible for North American and Asia Pacific EDI operations, daily EDI processing and new integrations- Monitor EDI systems for health and performance- Design and implement improvements to EDI infrastructure- Meet with internal management and internal stakeholders from various departments to develop and streamline existing business processes between teams- Develop EDI mapping for inbound and outbound EDI transaction sets per internal business process requirements as well as the business process and syntactical requirements of the trading partner to ensure EDI compliance- Coordinate UAT testing of newly developed maps between internal users and trading partner prior to deployment- Meet with end users, IT representatives, VANs, third-party consultants and other internal/external stakeholders to discuss and document business processes and requirements regarding new EDI integration projects and project scope- Manage/delegate day-to-day EDI inquiries and processing errors- Serve as the organization’s EDI SME and escalation point for management and internal stakeholders

- Develop EDI maps for incoming and outgoing transaction sets that are specific to the client’s business processes as well as the trading partner’s EDI syntactical requirements for EDI integration. Work with trading partner and client to rigorously test each EDI map prior to deployment- Set up EDI maps with conditional processing and cross-reference tabling capability to ensure seamless EDI data translation between trading partner’s incoming/outgoing EDI files and the client’s ERP system- Meet with end users, IT representatives, VANs, and third-party consultants to discuss and document business processes and requirements in relation to the project and project scope- Meet with retail trading partners and third-party EDI translators/VANs to identify and establish EDI business compliance requirements- Develop training documentation and conduct client training sessions to familiarize client with new product interface and business processes- Assist in sales process by providing prepared time estimates, technical product knowledge, industry trends and an understanding of business processes- Provide recommendations on how to apply product technology to contribute to client’s success- Serve as escalation point for tier-two customer support

- Collaborate inter-departmentally with members of management to identify areas of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within the company- Serve as lead on internal facing projects and initiatives to improve efficiencies, processes and streamline communication- Serve as lead on external projects and new product roll-outs while gauging customer impact and cost reduction- Manage expanding portfolio of high-profile and strategic accounts based on product while monitoring the portfolio’s global stability and satisfaction with SPS Commerce- Manage the operational and executive level relationship with select partnering companies- Establish positive rapport with assigned accounts at the executive level- Prepare and deliver presentations to new clients outlying SPS Commerce, setting expectations when interacting with SPS Commerce and discussing best practices- Establish and compile metrics to present in scorecard reviews to customers at the executive level on a regular basis- Identify areas where modifications can be made to optimize system performance, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and faith in the company- Work internally with members of other teams and management to troubleshoot issues, such as dataflow problems, account setup or account dissatisfaction
