Manage and maintain the corporate records for 20+ affiliates/subsidiaries. Responsibilties include, but are not limited to, drafting and filing entity formation/incorporation documents, drafting operating agreements/bylaws, corporate resolutions, foreign registrations and annual reports. Maintain producer and entity insurance licenses for all 51 U.S. jurisdictions. Assist with escrow license maintenance, which includes corresponding with the California Department of Business Oversight and Esrow Agents' Fidelity Corporation. Respond to company subpoenas. Research corporate, real estate, escrow and insurance laws. Assist with the submission of state servicer reports.
