As the largest and most complex integration project to be undertaken in European banking industry, this was a highly pressurised role involving significant Stakeholder Management and working to tight deadlines.Key responsibilities: • Risk and Issue champion responsible for co-ordinating a tiered management reporting structure, consisting of governance forums at each level to ensure visibility and escalation of key risks and issues.• Ongoing challenge and validation of risks and issues from each of the Workstream areas to ensure early visibility and ongoing mitigation until resolution.• Developed and implemented new governance processes to monitor, track and report on performance across the Programme and its numerous workstreams. • Ongoing maintenance of project information within inhouse management system (CMT)• Production of weekly/fortnightly and monthly project reporting • Production of Senior Exec level reporting in line with Audit and Assurance requirements. • Provision of secretariat support to key governance meetings, including the creation of meeting packs, production of high quality minutes and actions and ensuring that actions were progressed and completed within agreed timescales • Daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc communication and reporting to stakeholders of all levels.
