Collegiate DECA’s Executive Officers are elected by the student members to provide leadership for the academic year. As one of Collegiate DECA's primary student public relations agents, Executive Officers represent nearly 5,000 members to a variety of key stakeholders, including fellow members, advisors, education administrators, business partners, public policymakers and more. They also develop a program of work to assist in the implementation of DECA Inc.’s strategic plan.

Lee Ambassadors coordinate the Medallion Program. They attend events representing the Lee Business School. Ambassadors are also a driving force within the Lee Business School, working with the school's partners, such as business CSUN senators, club presidents, and honor societies to plan events meant to enrich students' experiences at UNLV.

International Ambassadors are responsible for representing UNLV's Lee Business School abroad. International Ambassadors are tasked with participating in the summer study program, as well as marketing and recruiting for the program year round. In addition, International Ambassadors hold a unique position within the school, engaging with distinguished alumni, business leaders, and community partners at different events hosted by the Lee Business School.

As a Development Intern for a new non-profit organization, I maintained and help grow the social media platforms for the organization. I also created promotional items to share about upcoming activities and programs, wrote press releases for community events, and assisted in grant-writing for funding to implement programs.

During my time as an intern at Palace Station, I got the opportunity to shadow many of the areas of a hotel that keep it running. I spent time in the human resources department and witnessed how the employment process works and assisted in filing and inputting employee applications into the system. I organized and inputted human resources paperwork into Excel. I shadowed the front desk and saw how essential the first impression is and how to manage conflict. In the event planning department, I was able to view the behind-the-scenes of putting together an event to making it run smoothly. Lastly, I learned various aspects of the sales operations of a hotel and casino.
