Manages and anticipates scheduling, including managing incoming calls, potential conflicts by functioning in a proactive manner with actions focused on problem-solving and implementing systems and procedures to ensure that projects are kept on track and internal and external deadlines are met. Schedules and organizes onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, client proposals and events. Works with Marketing and/or other office departments as needed, coordinates food and beverage services, reserves rooms and prepares materials. Interfaces and establishes ongoing business relationships with clients in person, by phone and/or email. Observes all necessary confidentiality, including lawyer-client and internal Firm. Creates, formats, edits, proofreads and manages Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Prints and/or transmits via email as requested. Drafts routine correspondence, forms, etc. Assists lawyers with Marketing and Business Development functions to include: Accesses marketing materials (lawyers’ biographies, brochures, practices at a glance) Prints, collates and binds materials for use in meetings

• Assist in talent acquisition, on boarding, payroll, and general HR practices. Supervise staff, contractors, and volunteers in all aspects relating to center operations.• Assist in training of personnel and acts as liaison between staff and management where appropriate.• Develops working knowledge of financial systems and financial reporting• Assists Director in generating individual and corporate memberships, PR/Marketing initiatives.• Assists in the Development and promotion of member programs, events, and challenges, etc.• Supports the Front Desk as needed, including member check-in, health bar and pro shop sales, distribution oflockers, and monitoring of the equipment.• Ensures all duties assigned to staff and volunteers are performed in accordance with Beulah standards.• Provides Family Life Center Director with detailed reports concerning participation in various activities andservices.• Event planning and marketing plans for center events, community outreaches and various conferences.• Develop programming to increase membership sales

Coordinate the appraisal process between Howard Hanna and Industry approved appraisers to obtain appraisal in a compliant timely manner using Mortgage Builder and Lender X. Review residential loan application files to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards. Administrative responsibilities of preparing residential mortgage loan applications and supporting documents to mortgage loan processors for further review. Order title policy and appraisals and perform additional clerical duties. Effectively perform multiple tasks under aggressive time constraints with minimal supervision

Provided supervision direction and support to direct reports working with regulatory agencies for all states (NMLS, state DOI, and DFI) and various sponsoring companies. Ensuring that the corporation/ Individuals and its entities were properly licensed and appointed for all products in accordance with the regulations of each state. Training and monitoring of the department phone unit to provide customer care and support to the department licensing/clerical staff.
