As EVP, I was responsible for managing large federal grants, ensuring compliance, fostering strong relationships with philanthropic partners, devising effective marketing and communication strategies, overseeing HR functions, analyzing organizational performance, and developing innovative financing programs to benefit public charter schools.Most notably, in this position, I successfully managed the deployment and compliance of $71.6 million in federal credit enhancement grants and conducted comprehensive research on financing options for public schools, resulting in the launch of a new lending program in 2010. Additionally, I secured and underwrote over $35 million in credit enhancements and direct loans to charter schools and leveraged over $260 million in private sector facility loans and leases to charter schools nationally.

As a Program Supervisor, I oversaw the planning and implementation of academic seminars for 75 college women. This included coordinating all seminar logistics, including scheduling guest speakers, workshops, and lecturers. Additionally, I supervised two student assistants and six faculty leaders to meet strict deadlines across multiple projects.Notable achievements include:• Targeted recruitment and designed marketing strategies to reach minority college women and other traditionally underrepresented populations for the program. • Recruited seventy-five professional women in the D.C.
