As a Program Center Manager Trainer with RuffaloCODY, I have had the privilege of training and continuing to mentor seven Program Center Managers. The training period can last two to four weeks depending on the candidates’ knowledge of the MASTERS organization and CampusCALL software. This position requires in-depth explanation and demonstration of the multiple processes, responsibilities, and requirements of a Program Center Manager.

Serve as the on-campus liaison for RuffaloCODY by managing the daily aspects of the University Phonathon program. Responsibilities include oversight of all call center operations from recruitment, training, and motivation of student callers, to development of student supervisory staff. Responsibilities also include managing the fiscal year budget and productivity of calling center operations, as well as, providing statistical reports and analysis of the current and projected performance of the call center to ensure client and company goals are met.
