Managing a team of 7 in supporting the Group's Support Functions (HR, Finance, Risk, Group Corporate Affairs and Enterprise Service) with their Operational Risk and Compliance needs.This involves engagement and consultation with Group Executives and their teams, ensuring risk and compliance frameworks are fit for purpose and understood consistently across the business. Specifically:- Responsible for the application, deployment and education of CBA Group's Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and Compliance Risk Management Framework (CRMF).
