This is done by holding the golden triangle together of cost, quality and schedule to strategically align a project for successful execution. I have done this through small and large projects. I have worked in corporate environment and aligned different divisions together to accomplish the companies missions. I lead one of largest retail remodel programs of 6500 locations at a capital spend of $325M over three years. It is projects like this that have exhibited my Project Management skills to bring hundreds of projects to successful completion.
