Presently, I oversee safety and quality control for build to rent communities. I have been involved in all facets of residential construction from to sales and day to day operations of supervisory work as a Project manager to Area construction management using various metrics to enhance performance, managing budgets, scheduling, staffing and building codes. These duties have included but are not limited to: project bidding, bid packages, negotiations, subcontractor administration, material management and timely project completion. Also, I am experienced working with sub-contractors to determine liability and resolve conflict issues.
