I’m a trainer and instructor with expertise in instructional design, e-learning, education, UX, research, and stakeholder relationships. My current role allows me to bring all these skills together to produce evidence-based and high-quality training documentation and courses.In my current position I have introduced and led the production of style guides, procedure manuals, training needs analyses, and strategic training plans. Working closely with the client and across the internal team, this has provided a solid foundation for the production of effective and engaging eLearning, video, and face to face training content.As a lifelong learner I have a research Masters, a Masters-level teaching Diploma, a UX Design Immersion boot camp certificate along with project management, instructional design, and on-line tutoring certificates.I love making a valued contribution to companies that are working to make people’s lives easier and better in inclusive and innovative ways.
