I graduated from DeVry University, Phoenix with my BS in Electronics Engineering Technology in 2007. Afterwards I spent some time as a field installation technician and a tower technician, until I found a position in biomedical engineering. I spent a year and a half working within the Abrazo Healthcare System in Phoenix, AZ for Jannx Biomedical. During this time I realized that being a biomedical technician was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life professionally. Later in 2010 I was laid off and pursued the biomedical field to no avail and moved to Dallas, TX where I found a position as a Biomedical Technician with LifeScience Logistics. This company has initiated a new Biomedical Department starting in May 2012. I have been involved in the development and growth since the beginning and I am looking to help the department grow even more. I have joined the North Texas Biomedical Association and I am pursuing my CBET certification and I am hoping to get involved with the Biomed community in TX, to learn more and meet professionals within the industry. I am looking for opportunities to grow as a Biomed individually and bring business to the growing Biomedical Department of LifeScience Logistics.
