The purpose of the Blue Collar Money podcast is to help everyday folks get financially unstuck by rolling up their sleeves and taking a blue collar approach to investing. We challenge conventional financial narratives through a biblical foundation, curate resources, interview practitioners and experts, and learn "out loud" for the benefit of our listeners.

It was my privilege to serve with the amazing team at Orchard Hill Church. I got to be a vehicle of God's grace in developing leaders & discipling men.Over 700 men were engaged in our men's ministry through a relational discipleship model. We also saw the number of people involved in groups triple (200 to over 850) in 4 years through the implementation of Life Groups, a message-based small group model. My key responsibilities included...- Men’s discipleship- Working with our dynamic Adult Ministry Team to connect people and raise the level of engagement of our members.- In cooperation with the Adult Ministry Team we developed, implemented, and launched the Life Group small group ministry.- Leadership development of men & Life Group Leaders.- Working closely with our Senior Pastor & a team of writers to write/edit curriculum for Life Group study guides.- Podcast recording and hosting.- On camera talent for promotional videos.

In partnership with the local Young Life Committee, I was responsible for the direction of everything relating to the local ministry in northwest suburban Chicago. This included, but was not limited to, direct ministry, ministry support, spiritual development, leadership development and resource development.
