Current- Full-Cycle direct hire & contingent staffing recruitment for entry- to senior level talent across a diverse range of industry sectors including, but not limited to, Banking/Financial Services, Luxury Consumer Goods.
- Cultivate new business development opportunities through a combination of selective marketing of top talent to senior-level decision makers, referrals and cold-calling.
- Cross-sell existing accounts by introducing diversified staffing product offerings in Managed Services, Contingent Workforce Management and Payroll/Employer-of-Record Services.
- Skilled at contract / pricing negotiation. Strong knowledge of employment labor law, HR best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of staffing industry back-office operations.
