I introduced classroom style training to work through the customer journey and understand how every customer has different needs. The training was 80% 'doing' and 20% listening to create a fully interactive environment which was also enjoyable and productive at the same time. The objective was to make the customer 'love' the product and fully understand their reason for purchasing it.Click and Collect - Introduction of a new way of delivering training through bite sized Back To Basics each week.- Responsible for on-boarding new stores. Covering all operational and sales training. - Delivering customer based sales training to all our Click and Collect stores.
