I am responsible for driving Interactions’ end customer (caller/chatter/texter) experience and leveraging Interactions technology to deliver superior customer experience, satisfaction and ease of use. The Design Services team is involved in every aspect of our customer engagements including creating vision clips, reviewing proposals with the sales team, working with clients to define and document the system of their dreams, collaborating with the development and quality assurance teams to implement that vision, working with the operations team to ensure that we are implementing it in a way that integrates seamlessly into daily operations and producing, directing and recording the vocal performance that brings the whole thing together and makes it an Interactions system.I have worked in and around call centers since 1991. I have performed in nearly every possible capacity.
