EDTC 5321 - Learning and Leadership with Data Analytics

• Designed and implemented the restructure of the Academic Advising and Career Service Offices. Rebuilt university-, unit-, and staff-level expectations and accountability metrics to enhance student-success cultures.
• Revised the University withdraw policy and coding procedures to ensure data integrity of student enrollment status and more effectively track students for IPEDs and Financial Aid reporting
• Authored and edited assurance arguments for Higher Learning Commission accreditation
• Developed, organized, and supported a series of workshops and presentations in conjunction with a comprehensive advisor training for faculty advisors in collaboration with academic deans and/or program chairs
• Created assessment plan for faculty advising at both macro- and micro-levels, including reports for Senior Administrators to ensure a 5-star student experience with Concordia’s advising and career engagement efforts
• Lead a department of 12 advisors through the implementation of a new University liberal arts core, ensuring fairness for students and maintaining academic integrity
