As part of the Microsoft Cloud Marketing team, Miranda is the Global Marketing transformation leader responsible for landing global marketing modernization initiatives. Previously, Miranda held multiple positions across various product teams within Microsoft including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Power platform businesses and led high impact product launches and key strategic initiatives. Back in 2009, Miranda had established a private equity fund (family office) in Hong Kong focusing on distressed residential and commercial real estate in Asia as well as United States. Prior to this, Miranda had worked with the Transaction Advisory team at Ernst and Young representing leading private equity firms and fortune 500 clients in various merger and acquisition transactions, and with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco specializing in taxation. She has also served on the Board of Directors of her family's business, a specialty oil manufacturer and distributor, where she managed the company's partnership with, and later acquisition by a German conglomerate. Miranda is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
