Proactively identifying patterns and escalating product issues to Technical Support Specialists. Facilitating customer engagement while collaborating across teams to handle inquiries and contribute to revenue goals. Acting as a liaison between customers and insurance clearinghouse, ensuring timely resolution of complex inquiries and holding them accountable to SLAs. Continuously enhancing workflows and knowledge systems to optimize support processes.
