-Prepares and publishes in-office instruction, policies and precedents for team members.-Completes daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for 9 team members.-Enforces work methods and establishes project priorities in accordance to the National Archives and Records Administration.-Manages on-boarding and training for new hires.-Provides support and supervision on day to day operations.-Coordinates with leadership to communicate in-work processes.-Refines learning processes to assist the team’s needs. -Established and solidified training and development components into the project contract. -Creates visual aids and training documents to assist team in supporting project efforts.
