Quality Engineer, North America Operations
Current• Act as a global operations interface to the customer on related critical initiatives and programs to ensure alignment and timely execution• Handle internal engagement on customer issues for quality performance concerns • Coordinate global operations response and execution to customer requests across all factories/suppliers• Review root cause corrective action closures for validation and read across the organization to see opportunities for detailed or global lessons learned• Support the development of customer messaging for key quality programs• Assist to answer complaints (8D, QR, PRRs) to the customer, preparing quality alerts and permanent corrective actions (PCAs)• Participate in problem-solving activities & sorting for internal and external (customer and supplier) related quality issues• Utilize Microsoft Excel to help document a priority list for shipment urgency
