Key responsibilities include:- Management and coordination Protective Security's minor and major works projects- Review Westpac Branch retail designs and provide design recommendations in line with industry standards and Westpac's Group Security minimum standard- Design electronic and physical security measures for Westpac retail sites.- Manage installation of electronic and physical security to new and refurbished Westpac retail sites.- Review and provide guidance on internal standards, procedures and site commissioning documentation

Key responsibilities include: - Management of key accounts in Commercial and Government industries including Transport for NSW, Service NSW, the City of Sydney, Barangaroo International Towers, KPMG and PWC. - Lead responses to complex client enquiries, whilst tracking and managing projects to ensure compliance with business unit policies and procedures - Central point of contact for decision-making around accounts processing, operations, servicing, projects and executive teams relating to key accounts as well as presenting new products and services to clients - Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment - Preparation and dissemination of all invoicing, operations and progress reports to clients - Project experience in conducting dilapidation reports, asset tagging and database management

Key responsibilities include - Management of all Protective Services projects, major and minor works, reactive services and preventative maintenance for QBE sites and assets across Australia and New Zealand - Management of all Access Control, CCTV and Security systems for all QBE locations throughout Australia and New Zealand - Management of all compliance and privacy assessments for Protective Services software platforms - Coordination and implementation of technical countermeasures such as surveillance sweeps - Coordination of risk reviews and assessments and implementation of technical recommendations in line with QBE Protective Services minimum standards and industry best practices and standards - Management of technical services contract and associated consultants
